Cheapest way to connect iPad or iPhone to B&G and Raymarine Sail instruments over WiFi without multiplexer

The IOS devices like the New iPad and iPhone with their great potential engulfing the boat market.

The Apple's "look and feel" reveals many interesting applications in sailing industry that has offered little in the years poor usability and speed of use for end users.

At least once you've waste hours and hours reading manuals, configuration, and calibration of sailing instruments.

These problems are further accentuated in sailing competitions.
In many races and regatta on-board instruments (log, GPS, wind, etc ...) can assist racers and offer an opportunity to increase performance.
However this information is not always accessible and easily and fast to interprete as required in racing conditions.
In this context, the very popular "apps", with their ease of use can help us.

But there is still a major obstacle not easily (and cheaply) to be overcome.

How to connect an iPad or an iPhone over wifi with B&G or Raymarine sailing instruments?

In this tutorial we will show the cheapest solution (unknown to many) to connect the iPhone or iPad over WiFi to  B&G Hydra 3000 and Hercules 3000 sailing equipments.
